About Cydonia
Engineers first. Consultants second.
Cydonia exists to give growing companies the kind of senior engineering and AI expertise usually reserved for large enterprises.
We started Cydonia after years of building and running platforms where things had to work: identity checks, payments, systems that regulators and banks looked at closely. Too often we saw the same pattern from outside firms. A senior team sold the project, a junior team delivered it, and the client was left with software nobody fully understood.
We work differently. The people you meet on the first call are the people who design and build your system. We write things down, we tell you early when something is a bad idea, and we leave you with software your own team can run.
What we believe
How we work.
01
Senior people, start to finish
No bait-and-switch. The people who scope your project build it.
02
Outcomes over output
We measure success by what changes in your business, not lines of code.
03
Security is not optional
We build like an auditor is watching, because often one is.
04
Plain talk
Clear estimates, honest trade-offs and no jargon in your status updates.
Our team
Small by design. Senior by default.
Cydonia is a deliberately small team of senior engineers and technical leaders. We've built and run platforms where downtime, security gaps and audit failures were not an option.
When a project needs more hands, we bring in trusted specialists — and a senior Cydonia lead stays accountable throughout.
Identity & compliance platforms
KYC, verification and onboarding systems in regulated markets.
Cloud-native infrastructure
Kubernetes, cloud migrations and production operations.
Applied AI & automation
Document processing, verification and workflow automation.
Engineering leadership
Building teams, setting architecture and preparing for audits like SOC 2.
Where we are
